Summary

As a Front Office Executive at ACCA, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including greeting visitors, managing the reception area, handling phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to our team. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, registering them upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Schedule appointments for internal and external guests, using online scheduling tools or traditional methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other front office activities.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (For experienced candidates)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service

Experience

(For freshers) While previous experience is a plus, we are open to training recent graduates or individuals with transferable skills who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
