Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of ACCA: Greet visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Phone proficiency: Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, screen inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain a professional work environment: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and creating presentations.
- Security and Access Control: Issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure adherence to company security protocols.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with staff, visitors, and clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Problem-solving: Address visitor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
