Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment, including filing documents, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and professional presentation.
Support administrative tasks for the front office team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Stay informed about company events, policies, and procedures to answer questions and provide accurate information to visitors and employees.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by being helpful, friendly, and proactive.
