Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Back Office Executive. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, providing essential support to our employees and ensuring the efficient operation of our daily workflows.

Your Responsibilities Will Make a Difference

  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our physical workspace, including managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a comfortable and productive environment.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Assist employees with travel arrangements, expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Calendar and Scheduling: Manage calendars for assigned personnel, schedule meetings and appointments, and ensure timely communication.
  • Project Coordination: Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication between team members.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, managing employee files, and coordinating administrative tasks for the HR department.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with all team members, actively listen to needs, and build strong relationships across departments.
