Summary

Air Arabia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our passengers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to reservations, bookings, online check-in, baggage allowances, and other travel concerns
  • Research and provide accurate and up-to-date information on Air Arabia's services, policies, and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution
  • Document all interactions with customers and maintain accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications
