  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, key management, and cashiering duties.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with other departments like housekeeping, security, and reservations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and prepare documents as required.
  • Adherence to Policies & Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant hospitality software is a plus.
