- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service throughout the passenger journey.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to bookings, ticketing, baggage, boarding, flight delays, and other travel concerns.
- Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with airport staff, ground handling agents, and other departments to ensure smooth passenger flow and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on airline policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
