• Title Analysis & Verification: Analyze aircraft title documents, verifying ownership, liens, and encumbrances to ensure legal clarity and compliance.
• Record Maintenance & Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft titles, including registration details, lease agreements, and maintenance records.
• Research & Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research on aircraft history, ownership chains, and potential legal issues to mitigate risks and protect Air India's interests.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and international treaties governing aircraft titles and transactions.
• Liaison & Communication: Work with internal stakeholders (legal department, operations, finance) and external parties (lessors, lenders) to facilitate smooth documentation and title management processes.
• Report Generation & Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on title status, potential risks, and compliance gaps, and analyze data to identify trends and improve title management processes.
