Summary

As a Quality Control Coordinator at AirAsia, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives. You'll ensure our guests receive exceptional service by providing coaching and development opportunities for your team, while also overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coach and train customer service representatives, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date on AirAsia's products and services, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

This role is open to both experienced customer service professionals and individuals with transferable leadership skills.
