  • Become a trusted advisor: Develop deep relationships with assigned vendors, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Partner for success: Collaborate with vendors to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic plans to optimize their Amazon presence.
  • Proactive problem-solver: Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalate concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Champion innovation: Propose and implement creative merchandising, selection, and operational improvements to enhance vendor performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for excellence: Share best practices, industry insights, and Amazon expertise to empower vendors and elevate their business.




Amazon Jobs For Freshers

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
