Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and stakeholders to gather financial data and understand budgetary requirements.
• Analyze financial trends, identify areas of cost optimization, and recommend budget adjustments as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive budget reports using financial modeling tools and spreadsheets.
• Monitor and track expenditures against established budgets, identifying variances and providing timely explanations.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial feasibility of proposed projects and initiatives.
• Prepare financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the Bank's financial assets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial management and budgeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or budgeting (experience can be waived for exceptional candidates with strong academic backgrounds).
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and spreadsheet applications (Excel is a must).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
