Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, such as IFRS and Indian GAAP
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and records
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial market trends
