• Lead and motivate a team of loan officers to achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for your team to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Oversee the loan disbursement process and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing financial guidance
• Monitor client repayment cycles and implement remedial action plans when necessary
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of loan data and client information
