• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone
• Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer issues related to BigBasket products, services, and orders
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding product specifications, policies, and procedures
• Effectively troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps
• De-escalate customer escalations and maintain a calm and patient demeanor in challenging situations
• Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in BigBasket's customer service processes
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and expertise, and ensure consistent customer service delivery
