Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first line of support for our Blinkit customers. You'll answer their questions about our app, products, orders, deliveries, and more. You'll also be responsible for resolving any issues they may encounter, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed promptly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting order-related issues, including late deliveries, missing items, and product substitutions.
- Providing accurate and helpful information about Blinkit's services, policies, and promotions.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Blinkit's customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and identify the root cause of their issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (for experienced candidates).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi fluency a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable navigating various software programs.
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- A positive and results-oriented attitude.
