Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mobile Banking Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for leading all aspects of our mobile banking platform, from product development and user experience design to implementation and ongoing management. You'll have a deep understanding of mobile banking trends and technologies, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the mobile banking platform, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead the product development process for new mobile banking features and functionalities.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly mobile experience.
• Oversee the testing, launch, and ongoing optimization of the mobile app.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and security, to ensure a successful mobile banking experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile banking trends and technologies.
• Manage and motivate a team of mobile banking specialists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile banking product management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mobile banking features.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies a plus.
• Experience working in a remote environment a plus.
