Summary

This role provides a unique opportunity to combine your passion for finance with your interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, fostering trust and becoming a trusted financial advisor.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
• Recommend and explain a variety of banking products and services tailored to meet customers' specific needs, such as checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
• Process account openings, loan applications, and other financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Citibank's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
• Achieve set sales targets for new accounts and financial products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and products, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments.

• Ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
