Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Accenture, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with our esteemed clients. By fostering a collaborative partnership, you'll ensure their continued success and drive their business transformation journey.

  • Onboard and guide clients: Facilitate smooth onboarding, ensuring clients understand and effectively utilize Accenture solutions. Proactively address their questions and concerns, providing clear and concise communication throughout the process.
  • Maximize client value: Partner with clients to identify their business goals and tailor solutions to achieve them. Conduct regular value assessments, measuring progress and recommending adjustments to optimize their experience.
  • Build trust and advocacy: Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for Accenture. Actively listen to their feedback, proactively address concerns, and anticipate their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including technical experts, product specialists, and account managers, ensuring seamless client support and delivering a unified experience.
  • Drive contract renewals and expansions: Proactively identify opportunities for renewal and expansion of client contracts, demonstrating the continued value of Accenture solutions. Develop compelling proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of continued partnership.
