Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond efficiently to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, chat) regarding orders, shipments, deliveries, and returns.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, delays, and damages, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions for every customer.
  • Provide Information & Guidance: Offer clear and accurate information on order status, tracking updates, return policies, and other relevant Ekart services.
  • De-escalation & Customer Satisfaction: Handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive resolutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, document resolutions, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously learn about Ekart's processes, policies, and service updates to provide efficient and informed customer support.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer journeys.
