Summary

We're searching for a highly motivated Assurance Manager to champion our commitment to quality. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring QA programs across various departments. This includes identifying potential risks, conducting audits and reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive QA programs across various departments.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in processes and controls.
  • Design and execute audits, reviews, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to proactively address quality issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on QA findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation.
  • Train and mentor staff members on QA procedures and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing QA programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

This role is open to both experienced professionals and qualified freshers with a strong academic background and a demonstrable passion for quality assurance.
