Summary

In this role, you'll leverage video conferencing technology to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications. You'll ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by meticulously reviewing customer documentation and conducting in-depth interviews. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in building trust and fostering positive first impressions for our bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct video KYC interviews with potential and existing customers, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Verify the authenticity of customer-provided identification documents through a meticulous examination process.
  • Ask insightful questions to gather necessary customer information and assess potential risks.
  • Flag any suspicious activity or discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all KYC verifications conducted.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest KYC regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the verification process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Video KYC process by identifying areas for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers or experienced candidates welcome).
  • Strong understanding of KYC regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers in a virtual setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing software and a knack for navigating technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience

This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For freshers, a strong academic background, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to compliance will be highly regarded.
