As an Internal Sales Executive at Flipkart, you'll be the bridge between Flipkart and its key account partners, ensuring mutual success and propelling the marketplace to new heights. You'll wear many hats, from identifying and prospecting potential partner businesses to understanding their needs and pain points, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals that unlock growth for both Flipkart and your partners.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, securing deals that are beneficial for both Flipkart and partner businesses.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals within deadlines.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to ensure successful integration and mutual success.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve territorial and regional targets.
