Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and boost sales
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing them with training, coaching, and feedback
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses
• Monitor store performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
