Responsibilities:

• Conduct video KYC interviews with customers to verify their identity and authenticate documents.
• Collect and review customer information and documentation.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity for further investigation.
• Maintain accurate records of all KYC checks conducted.
• Ensure compliance with all KYC regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of KYC processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
