  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with technical support, sales, and product development teams to ensure seamless customer service and product improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and service delivery to measure team success.
