Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Close out accounting periods and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends and potential issues.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting (freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
