Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and target-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving set sales targets by promoting Jio's mobile recharge plans, broadband services, and digital products. You'll build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations for the most suitable Jio plans. Your communication skills and product knowledge will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction and Sales:
    • Approach potential customers within the store environment and initiate conversations.
    • Clearly explain Jio's mobile recharge plans, broadband services, and digital products, highlighting their benefits.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable Jio plans and services for their requirements.
    • Close sales by addressing customer concerns and effectively handling objections.
    • Process recharges, subscriptions, and new Jio connections for customers.
    • Achieve and exceed set sales targets for mobile recharges, broadband subscriptions, and new Jio connections.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build rapport with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their queries efficiently.
    • Foster positive long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
    • Uphold Jio's brand image by providing a professional and courteous customer experience.
  • Market Awareness and Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on Jio's latest offerings, including mobile recharge plans, broadband packages, and digital services.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of competitor offerings to effectively position Jio's products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum graduation (10+2 or equivalent) or diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively pitch Jio products and services.
    • Target-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong learning agility and willingness to stay updated on Jio's offerings.
    • A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience:
