• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with JSW Steel's overall sales objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts in the assigned region
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and contractual terms
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
