Summary

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees at our facility, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You'll oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring efficient visitor management, communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Verify appointments, register visitors, and issue visitor passes.
  • Manage the front desk phone system, answering calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding security, confidentiality, and safety.
  • Stay informed about company events, programs, and policies to effectively answer visitor inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role (flexible for freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience
