Description

Meesho Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in onboarding new sellers on the Meesho platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our budding entrepreneurs, guiding them through the set-up process, providing training and support, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to launch their online journey successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new sellers: Welcome and guide new sellers through the Meesho platform, including account creation, product listing, logistics setup, and payment integration.
  • Provide comprehensive training: Deliver in-depth training on Meesho's features, functionalities, and best practices to help sellers maximize their potential.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues: Proactively address seller queries and troubleshoot any technical or operational challenges they encounter.
  • Build strong relationships: Foster positive relationships with sellers, actively listen to their needs, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Track and analyze data: Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
