• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, and preparing documents
• Coordinate with various departments to manage and track projects, initiatives, and deadlines
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
• Manage the General Manager's calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
• Handle office supplies, maintain filing systems, and ensure the organization of office documentation
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and government officials
• Provide general office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks
