  • Strategic Partner Development & Management: Identify and forge strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Sales Plan Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, setting ambitious yet achievable targets for market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and cultivate positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Effectively present Mother Dairy's products and value proposition, negotiate win-win agreements, and close deals confidently.
  • Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management: Analyze market data and consumer trends to forecast demand, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability.
