Job Summary
We're seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and implementing efficient sales processes and workflows.
- Managing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining sales collateral and training materials.
- Supporting the sales team with forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to drive sales growth.
- Utilizing CRM and other sales tools to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Identifying and implementing sales automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Myntra's sales goals and objectives.
- Design and implement sales processes that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Manage sales pipeline and opportunity stages.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales training materials.
- Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho etc.) a plus.
- Experience with sales automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach etc.) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Passion for the fashion industry and e-commerce.
