• Develop and implement quality control procedures, guidelines, and checklists to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify potential quality issues
• Analyze test results from laboratory testing and audits, assessing product quality and identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues promptly and effectively, preventing the recurrence of defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, packaging, and logistics, to ensure consistent quality throughout the entire manufacturing process
