Job Summary

As a Front-Line Employee at Paytm, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for educating them about Paytm's vast array of products and services, resolving their queries promptly and professionally, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding Paytm products and services like mobile payments, recharges, bill payments, investments, etc.
  • Problem-Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and provide clear and concise solutions.
  • Sales & Marketing: Promote Paytm's offerings to a diverse customer base, educating them on the benefits and features.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with account creation, profile management, and transaction tracking.
  • Financial Literacy: Advocate for financial inclusion by educating customers on safe and responsible digital payment practices.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (Hindi a plus).
  • A keen understanding of digital payments and financial services (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in using various software applications.

Experience:
