As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of our office, including managing facilities, maintaining records, and coordinating events.

- Oversee the management and maintenance of Paytm's office facilities, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory and timely replenishment
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and other facility-related projects
- Manage and maintain office records, including employee records, contracts, and financial documents
- Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation for Paytm employees
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Administration and other senior management team members
