As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of our office, including managing facilities, maintaining records, and coordinating events.

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory and timely replenishment
  • Coordinate office moves, renovations, and other facility-related projects
  • Manage and maintain office records, including employee records, contracts, and financial documents
  • Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation for Paytm employees
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Administration and other senior management team members
