  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for assigned products and services.
  • Design and conduct thorough testing plans and procedures.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to resolve detected issues and implement fixes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.
