Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to customers proactively, identifying their needs and proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Onboarding & Guidance: Provide personalized onboarding support to new users, guide them through PhonePe features and functionalities, and ensure a smooth experience.
- Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Account Management & Upselling: Build strong relationships with key customers, understand their financial goals, and recommend relevant PhonePe products and services to enhance their experience.
- Feedback & Insights: Gather valuable feedback from customers, analyze trends, and share insights with internal teams to improve PhonePe's offerings and user experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key customer success metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and report findings to optimize strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with various teams across PhonePe, including product, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer care.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn about new PhonePe features and financial services landscape, ensuring up-to-date knowledge to empower customers.
