Job Summary
In this remote position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Rosneft's clients and partners. You will handle a variety of inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and professionally. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather and clarify customer information to understand their needs and concerns.
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues to identify appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Rosneft's products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery.
- Proactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
