Recruit, onboard, and train a team of resellers: Identify potential resellers, explain the Meesho opportunity, and guide them through the onboarding process. Provide ongoing training and support to help them succeed on the platform.
Drive reseller growth and engagement: Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage your reseller team. Set individual and team targets, track progress, and provide personalized coaching to maximize their sales potential.
Build strong relationships: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within your team. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, operations, and product teams.
