Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesforce Supervisor to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Salesforce administrators and/or developers, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Salesforce instance. You'll provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team members, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce administrators and/or developers.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our Salesforce instance.
• Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand their needs and ensure Salesforce meets their requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Salesforce.
• Develop and document Salesforce configuration and customization standards.
• Track and report on key Salesforce metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce administrator and/or developer role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development tools (e.g., Workbench, Developer Console, Salesforce DX).
