• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Onboard new employees and ensure they have all the information and resources they need to be successful.
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain employee records and files.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and resolving grievances.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
