• Order Management:
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellation.
  • Address delivery issues and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with restaurant partners for order resolution.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Document all customer interactions and interactions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis support.
