  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and coach your team of delivery partners, creating a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Onboarding & Training: Train new delivery partners on Swiggy's processes, technology, and safety protocols, ensuring they're ready to deliver success.
  • Performance Management: Track and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
  • Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address delivery issues and customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and optimize workflows within your team.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze delivery data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and report on team performance.
  • Technology & Tools Management: Ensure your team utilizes Swiggy's technology and tools effectively to optimize deliveries.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear and open communication with your team, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (freshers with exceptional leadership potential also welcome).
  • Proven track record of motivating and leading teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and navigate diverse personalities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
