  • Partner onboarding and training: Train and educate restaurant partners on Swiggy's food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Restaurant audits and inspections: Conduct regular audits of partnered restaurants, assessing hygiene practices, food storage conditions, and adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Order quality checks: Implement quality control measures at partner restaurants and delivery hubs, inspecting food orders for freshness, proper packaging, and temperature control.
  • Customer complaint handling: Address customer complaints related to food quality, promptly investigating issues and ensuring swift resolution.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Analyze data from audits, inspections, and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement in food quality standards.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders: Work closely with restaurant partners, delivery personnel, customer support teams, and other internal departments to ensure seamless food quality management.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in food quality assurance or a related field (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene principles (HACCP certification a plus).
