Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including photocopying, printing, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as delegated by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience

This position is open to both recent graduates (freshers) and individuals with administrative experience.
