About the Role

As a Concierge, you'll be the face of Tech Mahindra for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure their experience is seamless and positive. Here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day might look like:

Summary

  • Become a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Leverage your strong communication skills to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
  • Navigate complex requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges, proactively offering solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage client inquiries, escalations, and requests with a focus on timely resolution.
  • Research and provide information on various technology solutions and services.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos for clients.
  • Arrange travel and logistics for client visits.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all communication is documented effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Information Technology, Communication) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relationship management role (Fresher candidates will also be considered for the right fit).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
