• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges
• Proactively monitor customer usage and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Provide timely and comprehensive technical support to customers, resolving their issues promptly and efficiently
• Educate and train customers on the features and benefits of our technology solutions
• Assist customers in implementing and optimizing our technology solutions to achieve their desired outcomes
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services
• Prepare and present customer success reports to senior management
