Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from students, parents, and educators in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process student registrations and enrollments accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with students.
  • Regularly update your knowledge of Vedantu's courses, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for students by proactively identifying and resolving issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand diverse needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
