Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Trainee at Vedantu, you'll be the first point of contact for our student community and their parents. You'll provide exceptional customer service by addressing their queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their learning journey with Vedantu.

This role offers a blend of:

  • Direct Interaction: You'll build rapport with students and parents, understand their needs, and provide personalized support.
  • Problem-Solving: You'll identify and resolve a variety of customer issues related to courses, subscriptions, technical hiccups, and more.
  • Communication Excellence: You'll hone your communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Continuous Learning: You'll be exposed to the EdTech sector, gain in-depth knowledge of Vedantu's offerings, and continuously learn and grow as a customer service professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents via phone calls, emails, and chat.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team for resolution.
